Sixth FHCRC Bioethics Colloquium, Monday, June 16 - "Stem Cells and Human Cloning," facilitated by Laurie Zoloth, Ph.D., Professor of Medical Ethics and Humanities and Religion, Northwestern University. Panelists included: Albert Jonsen, Ph.D., Emeritus Professor of Ethics, University of Washington, Maynard Olson, Ph.D., Director of the University of Washington Genome Center, John F. Wong, Ph.D., Chairman and CEO of MorphoGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. This four-hour event included speakers, panel discussions and case study discussion groups.

EDGE - Education in Genetic Ethics
Friday, October 17 and Saturday, October 18. EDGE is a research ethics training program that presented this 1½ day course for researchers who work or have interests related to research in human genetics. The program is funded by the National Human Genome Research Institute of the National Institutes of Health.
