While there is no registration fee for this meeting, your early registration would be appreciated to assure that we have enough space reserved for everyone who plans to attend. Costs of meals during the meeting and special planned events will be covered by the meeting Consortium; however each individual will be responsible for the cost of their airfare, ground transportation and hotel.
