Approved, Accrual Pending studies - Starting in October, studies receiving the status "Approved, Accrual Pending", must submit all the requirements listed in the IRB result letter at the same time with a protocol modification form to open the study to accrual.  Questions?  Contact Tanna MacReynold at 667-6501.

Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center (CHRMC) recently changed its name to Seattle Children’s.  To reflect this name change, please refer to Seattle Children’s in the following submissions:
*  New Application Submissions
*  Continuation Review Reports (CRRs)
*  Protocol Modifications (only when you are submitting a modification form updating documents referencing CHRMC’s name, e.g., protocol, consent form(s)).  It is not necessary to generate a separate modification form for the sole purpose of reflecting this name change).
Note:  The name change is not necessary for studies closed to accrual.
