Welcome to the home page of Adrian Ferré-D'Amaré's laboratory at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington. We study the structural underpinnings for the biological functions of RNA using a combination of biochemistry, X-ray crystallography, and other biophysical techniques. These articles in Center News elaborate on our interests, and on our work on the hairpin ribozyme, the pseudouridine synthase TruB, and two riboswitches.
