Here are some computer programs I have written.

An estimator of TMRCA (see Tang et al. 2002).

NAT: The Null Allele Test (see Jorgenson et al. 2005). Frequentist estimation for individual ancestry proportion

FRAPPE: Frequentist Estimation of individual ancestry proportion (see Tang et al. 2005).

Note: This is an older version of the program, which is suitable for analyzing small STR or SNP data with ancestral populations.

A new version, which is designed to analyze dense SNP genotype data, will be available here soon. [see Li et al. (2008)]
