Who Can Join The Breast Health Global Initiative Alliance?
ORGANIZATIONS
Regional, national, and international organizations who share a dedication to improving breast health care and cancer treatment for women in economically disadvantaged countries, including:
- Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
- Non-profit and For-profit Organizations
- Foundations
- Advocacy organizations
- Research organizations
INDIVIDUALS
Experts and key opinion leaders (KOL's) in the field of breast health care and cancer participate in BHGI through invitation to attend the biennial Global Summit on International Breast Health Care and participating in BHGI research projects. To be considered for invitation email your CV and brief cover letter to: lsulliva@fhcrc.org.
The Alliance Aim:
To collectively contribute to a broader knowledge and understanding of successful diagnostic, treatment and advocacy strategies in breast healthcare and cancer treatment in countries with limited healthcare resources through Guideline development and pilot research and implementation projects
