Health Care Utilization and Direct Medical Costs for Persons with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This project aims to:

1. Determine the most common forms of initial treatment for Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), stratified by age at diagnosis;
2. Estimate the short and long-term attributable direct medical care cost of NSCLC, stratified by stage at detection; and
3. Using the initial treatment information derived from Aim 1, estimate short and long-term attributable direct care costs of NSCLC, stratified by initial therapy within each stage at diagnosis.
