Cancer Control in a Vietnamese American Population

The purpose of this study is to increase the use of hepatitis B serologic testing and Pap testing among Vietnamese Americans. Project objectives include: collect qualitative and quantitative information about cervical and liver cancer prevention behavior of Vietnamese; design a culturally and linguistically appropriate household cancer control intervention targeting cervical cancer, hepatitis B and liver cancer; and evaluate the intervention program's acceptability and feasibility in the Vietnamese community.
