ExCel Study - Contact Information
How do I find out more about getting involved?
We are currently enrolling volunteers in the ExCel Study.
You can learn more about the study and ask questions of the study staff at regularly
held informational sessions. If you are interested in becoming a part of this important
research, please call our study information line at (206) 667-1391 or e-mail us at
excel@fhcrc.org.
There is additional information available on www.excelstudy.com.
You may also start the screening process by
printing the ExCel Interest Survey (click to download as a PDF or
click to download in MS Word),
completing the questions, and mailing it to us at the address listed at the bottom
of the page. One of our staff will contact you shortly to let you know if you
are eligible for the study. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
