How do I find out more about getting involved?

We are currently enrolling volunteers in the Yoga Study. You can learn more about the study and ask questions of the study staff at regularly held informational sessions. If you are interested in becoming a part of this important research, please call our study information line at (206) 667-6818 or e-mail us at yogastudy@fhcrc.org

Why am I being asked to complete these forms?

Only some women who have had breast cancer in the past will be eligible for this study. Staff members will only request your medical records if we think you may be eligible after we review your interest survey.

A doctor will review medical records and determine which women may still be eligible. Eligible women will be invited to attend an information session at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

What form should I fill out to start the screening process?

Just print out and complete these forms (PDF or MS Word), and mail them to us at the address listed on the last page of the interest survey. One of our staff will contact you shortly to let you know if you are eligible for the study. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
