Register for a Library Account: Library Privileges, Ovid and Remote Access

By completing the form (see links below), you are registering for a library ID and password. This ID and password can be used to checkout books and access Ovid databases such as MEDLINE. It will also enable you to access online library resources such as full-text electronic journals and books from outside the Center's computer network. A library card with your ID and password will be sent to you via interoffice mail in 7-10 working days.

To be eligible for a library account, you must be an FHCRC employee, student, official affiliate investigator or an affiliate employee. If you are unsure about your eligibility status, please ask library staff for clarification.

FHCRC employees Please fill out the employee registration form (restricted access).

Affiliate investigators or affiliate employees Affiliates must fill out the HR Non-employee action form (restricted access). Affiliates should have their FHCRC sponsor print out and sign this form and send it to the Human Resources department for processing. Once processing is completed, HR will notify the library. The library will then create an account and send you a card with your ID and password.
