Ulrich Mueller, Ph.D. joined the Center as Vice President in 2007. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the Technology Commercialization office at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Ulrich has extensive experience in commercializing university based technologies, both through licensing transactions as well as through formation of start-up companies.
Ulrich earned his Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Baylor College of Medicine. He subsequently held a post-doctoral fellowship at M.D. Anderson before transitioning to leadership roles in business development and technology commercialization.
